When I would tell her that God had spoken to me, she had many questions: Is it audible? Is it an internal or outside voice? When did it happen?<\/p>\n

I know this is a question that, not only my wife, but many believers think about also. Something that catches my attention is that believers nowadays turn the music up high during prayer time. It is true that music helps us set the atmosphere, but to be able to hear God\u2019s voice, we need intimacy, peace and silence; remember what the psalmist said: \u201cHe makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.\u201d[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Poppins|500|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”20px” text_line_height=”25px” width=”80%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”100%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center”]2. We need to be born again[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Poppins|300|on||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”15px” text_line_height=”18px” background_color=”#f1f1f1″ text_orientation=”justified” width=”80%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”100%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center” custom_padding=”30px|30px|30px|30px|false|false” border_radii=”on|10px|10px|10px|10px”]\u201cJesus answered and said to him: Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.\u201d (John 3:3)[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Poppins|300|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”15px” text_line_height=”18px” text_orientation=”justified” width=”80%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”100%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center”]God moves in in the spiritual realm and Jesus was very clear when he said to Nicodemus that only those who are born again would be able to see and participate in spiritual blessings. I know many who pretend to live a Christian life without being born again. God\u2019s voice is not a high volume loud speaker. God\u2019s voice is a whisper that enters directly into our spirit.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Poppins|500|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”20px” text_line_height=”25px” width=”80%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”100%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center”]3. Your word is truth.\u201d (John 17:17)[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Poppins|300|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”15px” text_line_height=”18px” text_orientation=”justified” width=”80%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”100%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center”]The bible contains God\u2019s voice and Word. Many study it like another book or a simple tool to acquire knowledge. Furthermore there are many who do not even dedicate five minutes per day to study the scriptures.<\/p>\n

It is practically impossible to hear and recognize God\u2019s word if we do not have daily contact with the bible. This is why it is so important to have a devotional life and solid Christian habits.<\/p>\n

Para escuchar necesitamos quietud y silencio [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.3\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\" text_font=\"Poppins|300|on||||||\" text_text_color=\"#000000\" text_font_size=\"15px\" text_line_height=\"18px\" text_orientation=\"justified\" width=\"80%\" module_alignment=\"center\" background_color=\"#f1f1f1\" custom_padding=\"30px|30px|30px|30px|false|false\" border_radii=\"on|10px|10px|10px|10px\" width_last_edited=\"on|phone\" width_phone=\"100%\"]\u201cMas t\u00fa, cuando ores, entra en tu aposento, y cerrada la puerta, ora a tu Padre que est\u00e1 en secreto; y tu Padre que ve en lo secreto te recompensar\u00e1 en p\u00fablico\u201d. (Mateo 6:6)[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.3\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\" text_font=\"Poppins|300|||||||\" text_text_color=\"#000000\" text_font_size=\"15px\" text_line_height=\"18px\" text_orientation=\"justified\" width=\"80%\" module_alignment=\"center\" width_last_edited=\"on|phone\" width_phone=\"100%\"]Jes\u00fas nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 este principio sobre la oraci\u00f3n; que debe ser un lugar \u00edntimo, secreto -cerrado-. Algo que me llama mucho la atenci\u00f3n es que los creyentes de ahora es que ponen m\u00fasica muy alta en sus tiempos de oraci\u00f3n, es cierto que la m\u00fasica nos ayuda a preparar el ambiente, pero para escuchar la voz de Dios necesitamos intimidad, paz y silencio; recuerde lo que el salmista dijo: \u201cjunto a aguas de reposo me pastorear\u00e1\u201d.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.3\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\" text_font=\"Poppins|500|||||||\" text_text_color=\"#000000\" text_font_size=\"20px\" text_line_height=\"25px\" width=\"80%\" module_alignment=\"center\" width_last_edited=\"on|phone\" width_phone=\"100%\"]2. Necesitamos un nuevo nacimiento [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.3\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\" text_font=\"Poppins|300|on||||||\" text_text_color=\"#000000\" text_font_size=\"15px\" text_line_height=\"18px\" text_orientation=\"justified\" width=\"80%\" module_alignment=\"center\" background_color=\"#f1f1f1\" custom_padding=\"30px|30px|30px|30px|false|false\" border_radii=\"on|10px|10px|10px|10px\" width_last_edited=\"on|phone\" width_phone=\"100%\"]\u201cRespondi\u00f3 Jes\u00fas y le dijo: De cierto, de cierto te digo, que el que no naciere de nuevo, no puede ver el reino de Dios\u201d. Conozco a muchos que pretenden vivir una vida cristiana sin haber tenido la experiencia del nuevo nacimiento.
